Open five days per week year-round, the school is fully accredited, specifically designed for students who have experienced barriers to education, and is co-located with other New Avenues programming to provide access, support, and resources.

JRT graduates and youth participating in other New Avenues programs receive group and/or individual mentoring from members of the business community as they set goals and explore career and educational opportunities.

Job readiness training (JRT) is an online, self-paced program that participants attend to learn about job-search strategies, resume building, cover-letter writing, interview skills, and career exploration.
